  3. Shipping Costs:

    • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. You can view the shipping costs for your order during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.
  4. Customs and Duties:

    • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s customs department upon delivery. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the buyer’s responsibility.
  5. Order Tracking:

    • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery. Please note that tracking information may not be available for all international shipments.

Return Policy:

    • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  2. Conditions of Returns:

    • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns that are damaged, altered, or not in their original packaging may not be accepted.

    • To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Once you receive your return confirmation, please securely package the item(s) and send them back to us.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply for returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in our return policy.
